Welcome to BoldTrail Onboarding! We’re excited to work together to set up your account, provide access to the platform, and customize your settings for a successful launch. Your journey will consist of 6 steps:

Complete the Setup Wizard. Here is a short video tutorial.

Our Implementation team will work on reviewing your website and account setup. Once your MLS(s) confirms that IDX access has been approved we will reach out to you to schedule your Launch Call. On the call we will…
- Review your account
- Take care of any edits you may have
- Set your domain to point to our web servers. To do this we will need to access the registrar where you purchased your website domain (for example GoDaddy). Please have these credentials ready! We can either complete the launch steps for you or walk you through the changes in your registrar.

Now that your account is live you’ll want to send your agents the “Welcome Email” to invite them to your platform.

It’s time to import your contacts, power up automations, and generate new leads!

Daily Onboarding Workshop
Join our Implementation team for a live Onboarding Workshop Monday-Friday at 9am PT. Learn about BoldTrail setup topics and get live answers to any account configuration questions.

Get help from our Implementation Team via Chat by clicking on the Chat bubble at the bottom right of your account. We are available on chat from 7:00am–4:00pm PT, Mon–Fri.
