Who can refer a new client to Inside Real Estate?

At this time, anyone is eligible for the affiliate program. You do not have to be an Inside Real Estate client or coaching partner to be eligible.

Do current/past affiliates have to sign up again?

Yes, everyone will need to create an account in our system, even if you have been part of past affiliate programs.

How much does it cost to join the program?

How much is paid out for each referral?

The referral fee is $100 per sellable lead. An unsellable lead is a current user, a real estate agent not located in the United States, or not practicing in residential real estate.  The earning potential is unlimited! 

When are commissions paid out?

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis via paypal. Alternative methods (Platform credit and gift cards are available when necessary.)

What sort of tools do we provide to our Referral Program members?

How do they track commissions?

Once you become a member of our Affiliate Program, you will receive access to the 3rd-party tracking platform we use. Inside, you’ll have your own dashboard to monitor your results.

Am I Notified About New Leads Generated?

Yes, you are notified in real time. But keep in mind, if it turns out that the lead is unsellable, you may see that they are no longer logged as eligible for a commission in the system.
